How many will you need? Simply measure your wall and work out the square metreage. Each complete W111FR panel covers exactly half a square metre. When fitting our W111FR 3D panels select one tube of FDP700 adhesive for every 3 panels.

When using our W111FR on wall exceeding 2 metre high we suggest the panels are fitted in a castellated effect. If for example the 2000 x 250mm panels were being fitted on a wall 3 metres high use the first 2 metre length immediately above the skirting (or floor) and use a 1 metre offcut to cover the gap above. On the next vertical strip use the 1-metre-high offcut at the base, and 2 metre length above. Use FX400 joint glue to all butt joints, leave the clear extra fix adhesive to overspill for an hour before wiping of each joint with baby wipes or acetone. The following day decorate the panelling and your wall should feature invisible joints.

Each W111FR Valley 3D panel is 2000 x 250mm and projects by 13mm. You may wish to use our W109FR panelling with other Fire-Retardant trims. Talk to us if you need further assistance or speak to your decorator’s merchant about intumescent coatings.

Recommended Adhesives

Choose 1 x FDP700 for every 2 panels purchased. Select 1 x FL300 filler to finish the long lengths joints of up to 5 panels. If you are joining the 250mm wide edges (on walls over 2 metres high) then use FX400 to join up to 20 panels.
