Lightweight Polyurethane

The C835 swan-neck cornice is supplied in a pre-finished RAL9003 white suitable for external applications. Each 2 metre length is 222mm high, with a 202mm projection. Typical installations feature an eaves overhand of at least 250mm.

Choose this profile where the head height above window reveals is at least three courses of brick work (or higher).

Recommended Adhesives

We recommended the use of FX400 and FDP700 Orac adhesives along the length of our profiles to ensure a good installation. On smaller Orac profiles being installed onto dry walls and ceilings (where any new plaster has had at least 6 months to thoroughly dry out) FDP500 can be used to fix mouldings, and FL300 can be used as a filler, which is especially useful for smoothing off external corners (once FX400 has cured) and on joints with uneven ceilings.
