Did you know this coving profile can look even smarter with our matching P9900 “add on” panel moulding for an even more contemporary feel? Prefer a classic vibe instead – simply select the P9901 “D” Mould as a detail to be used a few centimtres away from the top and base of the C990 cornice.

Very large assymetric and captivating C-section coving.

Architect Xavier Donck says the following about this product: This cornice is called a “gorge” and reminds me of old stylish French country houses from the 17th and 18th centuries that have passed the test of time (read that remain beautiful). Such an asymmetric gorge is ideal to combine with a bold “stair” cornice or what we call a “Napoleon hat” -ref P9901-. This cornice can also be installed either way, the long side on the wall or on the ceiling according to your preference.

These substantial sizes are ideal for larger rooms.

Recommended Adhesives

We recommended the use of FX400 for butt and mitre joints, and FDP700 Orac adhesives along the length of our profiles to ensure a good installation. Please visit the product pages in the Adhesives section for further information.
