C836PMCex with Pre-cut External Corner

This option is for the purchase of a 2 metre length of C836 which has been pre-cut in readiness for use as a 90 degree external corner. This is a large moulding that will not fit in most mitre boxes, so having it pre-cut is a handy option.

The C836 Xterio cornice is supplied in 2 metre lengths. Each piece is 271mm high x 266mm projection. Our C836 is typically installed on substantial new build detached properties. Choose this profile where the eaves overhang is at least 300mm wide, and allow at least four courses of brickwork above window reveals where a continuous eaves detail is required.

Join elements together on site with our FX400 adhesive. Remember to leave the glue to cure for one hour before removing with a spatula. Any remaining residue can be cleaned off with acetone or industrial wipes.

Recommended Adhesives

We recommended the use of FX400 and FDP700 Orac adhesives along the length of our profiles to ensure a good installation. On smaller Orac profiles being installed onto dry walls and ceilings (where any new plaster has had at least 6 months to thoroughly dry out) FDP500 can be used to fix mouldings, and FL300 can be used as a filler, which is especially useful for smoothing off external corners (once FX400 has cured) and on joints with uneven ceilings.
