Lightweight Polyurethane

A prefabricated 90 degree external corner suitable for use with our popular C820 Cornice. Each corner element is made from a tough polyurethane material, and coated with a white RAL 9003 exterior grade automotive paint.

Fitting the C820A to lengths of C820 cornice will require our FX400 for a strong movement free finish.

Recommended Adhesives

We recommended the use of FX400 and FDP700 Orac adhesives along the length of our profiles to ensure a good installation. On smaller Orac profiles being installed onto dry walls and ceilings (where any new plaster has had at least 6 months to thoroughly dry out) FDP500 can be used to fix mouldings, and FL300 can be used as a filler, which is especially useful for smoothing off external corners (once FX400 has cured) and on joints with uneven ceilings.
